A common issue with intermediate terraces is dark internal corridors, as light is unable to penetrate deep into the facades. That is however, not a problem with this terrace as a generous sky light fills the internal stairway with daylight. Skylights are also carefully placed above bathrooms to let natural light into this neutral, liveable dwelling.
