Felicia Toh
Founding Partner, Architect
Felicia is a registered architect in Singapore, and an active design writer for publications such as Cubes Indesign Magazine, Singapore Architects Magazine and Habitus. She previously honed her architectural practice at Ong & Ong, Formwerkz Architects and Ministry of Design. She was an adjunct tutor in NUS Faculty of Architecture from 2018-2021. Felicia is interested in the intersections between design, writing and photography: in the ways they inspire beauty in the stories we tell of our cities. She also founded NOST, a fashion brand that partners artisans in Indonesia and India to handcraft textiles and apparel.
Kenneth Koh
Partner, Architect
Kenneth is a registered architect in Singapore, and is constantly experimenting with illustration and art and their intersections with architecture and urban space. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects Publications Committee. He has led design teams on projects of varying scales during his time at Ong & Ong and FARM. He teaches adjunct at BCA Academy. Kenneth won CDL’s Singapore Sculpture Award and his creation, A Hundred Lines, can be found in East Coast Park.

Frances Grace Lai
Architectural Designer
Frances is an architectural associate who graduated with a Masters of Architecture in Meiji University, Tokyo. She read her Bachelors in Architecture at Newcastle University. Frances practised at DP Architects and Expression Galleries before joining the Quarters Team. She is an excellent multi-tasker and invaluable team member who trains the interns as well as the office pup Gingko. In her spare time, Frances plays golf and skis during the winter.
Joline Tay
Interior Designer
Joline is an interior designer who takes an interest in designing unique yet functional spaces. She seeks to balance the space-making potential of design with meaningful user experiences. She has previously studied Interior Architecture and Design at Temasek Polytechnic and worked on student projects for Yellow Ribbon Project and Red Cross Society. As a budding young designer, Joline is constantly engaged with various design disciplines such as digital marketing and illustration. Joline is a responsible and responsive team member who brightens the studio with her jovial personality and stories of the latest horror flicks.
