Minimal volumes, a quiet garden. A common issue with intermediate terraces is dark internal corridors, as light is unable to penetrate deep into the facades. The design of this terrace addresses this issue through a generous sky light that fills the internal stairway with daylight. Skylights are also carefully placed above bathrooms to let natural light into this neutral, liveable dwelling.
